As Co-Founder of Earthmeal, Founder of FITZ Games, and CEO of QuenchCo, he has spent years bringing innovative products to life and helping businesses stand out through sharp strategy and compelling storytelling. He is currently writing a book titled Charge More, focused on helping entrepreneurs elevate their value, strengthen their positioning, and confidently grow their businesses.

Before launching his own ventures, Michael shaped major brands at Kraft Heinz and Labatt, later guiding innovation and partnerships at RepairMatch. He holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the Ivey Business School, along with international business studies at Esade. With expertise in marketing strategy, social media, and communications, Michael brings a practical, energetic, and forward-thinking approach to every project he leads.
